This document establishes the binding legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Mant Braca, C.A. ("Mant Braca," "we," or "our") regulating your interaction with our digital products, specifically Cheese Heist Spin and associated platforms (the "Services"). Proceeding to access or utilize the Services signifies your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If you reject any provisions herein, you are strictly prohibited from using the Services.

1. Age Qualifications

The Services are exclusively engineered for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to participate. By entering the Platform, you affirm compliance with this mandate. We rigorously enforce this policy in alignment with our IARC content classifications.

2. Entertainment Only – No Real Money

• Zero Monetary Returns: No facet of the Services yields actual cash, physical merchandise, or real-world value.

Virtual Assets: Any digital items (e.g., coins, features) unlocked or purchased represent a licensed utility, not an owned commodity. We maintain absolute discretion to alter, depreciate, or eliminate these assets without prior notification or liability.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a fair ecosystem, you pledge to abstain from:

• Deploying automated scripts, macro software, or unauthorized exploits.
• Attempting to destabilize our servers or circumvent security protocols.
• Trading, vending, or transferring virtual items via external black markets.
• Engaging in fraudulent billing or deceptive practices.

5. Financial Transactions

Any monetary transactions executed within the application (e.g., via the Apple App Store) are governed by the refund stipulations of Apple's storefront. Excluding statutory mandates (such as the EU's cooling-off period), all acquisitions of virtual licenses are considered final and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Sovereignty

The visual assets, codebases, audio tracks, designs, and brand identities embedded in the Services are the exclusive property of Mant Braca or its licensors. These assets are protected by robust international copyright and intellectual property legislation.

Duplication, reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized distribution of any platform elements is a direct violation of these laws and this Agreement, strictly prohibited without our prior written authorization.

7. External Integrations and Links

During your gameplay, you might encounter integrations or hyperlinks leading to external services or third-party platforms. Mant Braca exercises no control over the content, operational policies, or data handling practices of these unaffiliated entities.

We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for external platforms. Your engagement with third-party services is dictated exclusively by their independent terms and privacy frameworks.

8. Service Disclaimers

The Services are dispensed strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" paradigm. To the absolute maximum extent permissible by law, Mant Braca explicitly repudiates all implied guarantees, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not promise a bug-free, entirely secure, or uninterrupted operational environment. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical anomalies may temporarily suspend access without liability.

9. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Mant Braca, its directors, or its affiliates be held accountable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from your usage of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Our maximum financial liability to you, irrespective of the claim's nature, shall be definitively capped at the total amount you remitted to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident. This limitation applies unless explicitly overridden by localized consumer protection laws.

10. Suspension and Termination

You possess the right to discontinue your use of Cheese Heist Spin at your discretion. Conversely, we reserve the unilateral authority to restrict or obliterate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• We suspect a breach of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
• You engage in illicit trading, cheating, or malicious behavior.
• Such termination is deemed necessary to shield our infrastructure or user base.

Termination inevitably results in the forfeiture of all virtual asset licenses without financial compensation.

11. Data Privacy Integration

12. Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the fullest extent of applicable statutory frameworks.

Any grievances, controversies, or claims originating from this Agreement must initially pursue amicable, good-faith negotiation between both parties. Failing a negotiated settlement, the dispute shall be elevated to a competent judicial venue or authorized arbitration mechanism.

Notwithstanding the above, Mant Braca safeguards the absolute right to pursue immediate injunctive or equitable relief in court to counteract intellectual property infractions or severe security breaches.

13. Severability

If any specific clause within this Agreement is determined by a court to be unenforceable or invalid, that clause shall be severed, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full operational force and effect.
